Help ID'ing Motherboard

Saw this on epay and was wondering if this is a type II At motherboard. Just
by the arrangement of the Ram chips and the shield over the trimmer capacitor leads me to believe it is. Need expert opinions. See attached image.

Yes it is, I just put one of these in my 5170
