Help me decide....

The motherboard in my tower is now resting in a better place. How and what happened is not important.

So I'm faced with a decision, since I can get nearly any part at wholesale prices because of who I work for, Help me decide what I should do.

Should I rebuild my tower or should I build a Cube?

I really like my Tower case, but a Cube would be wicked cool. What should I do?

I have no idea what a cube is - obviously not referning to a
Nintendo Cube, obviously it's a external box to house a CPU,
Hard Disk, Etc.

I prefer the tower myself, but have no idea what this Cube
looks like - pictures?!?

Those are cubes. Micro ATX cases in the form of a largish Cube....

Nope, just stick with the Tower Case! Those cubes look like
monsters waiting to gobble you up! :-D

No offense vlad, but I really don't like those over-flashy gamer cases. Now I understand that NZXT is a fairly good case company, but I would recommend getting a more subtle cube. Either of these two get my vote! --->

Those two cubes were pretty neat, I loke the big holes in front (they geg for blue led's to shine out). And at $10 to me that's a hand's down choice. I vote for tgunner's cubes.

A tower has more room for modifications, if you're into that business.

tgunner, wow, those cubes are awesome! The link I gave was to my own company, I could get those drastically cheaper. But the ones at NewEgg look like they would have better air flow.

Carlsson, I had that tower because I liked it. I don't really do mods. I go for more functionality than anything. I had the flashy case since I built the original configuration in High School. I'm not really a gamer, I just really liked the look of the case. And I had always wanted a Cube from the first time I saw them.

That tower has seen 3 mobo's through the years, I think it wants a rest or something......

I prefer tgunner's reccomendation, but I'm a tight watsit so I would probably go for the cheaper one!

I just replaced my current PCs case yesterday, and the video card just decided to stop working, so its unusable at the mo, I'm using the family computer today. Its a shame, it was a nice nVidea GeForce card, one that could just about handle Oblivion on meduim-to-low settings. Looks like I'll have to start saviung up!

Well, if money is no object, I would start from scratch with one of the cubes. You can always save the tower case for some future project.

When you get everything at cost, money no longer becomes a problem. I'll build the cube useing the black case in the link tgunner posted. Or possibly one of the ones from my companies store, it depends on how much those are. Still not sure though....
