Quite simple. I took a picture of me. Then I converted it to 2-bit color (black and white). I made the white transparent and saved it as a gif.

Now, I got a bit lucky with that picture, I've done it with other pics and the dithering did not look as good.

This is where you have your big chance to attack me! ;-)
