help on HP 95LX keyboard

Hi

i am new user of this forum. i bought a HP LX95 a few days before. LCD seems ok and i can see the 1st welcome screen after installing 2 batteries. and i was asked to enter new date and time.

However and unfortunately i found one whole line of keys (start with Z, include ENTER) has no response. all other keys work well.

so i stuck to this page and cannot enter into system at all.

any suggestions on how to fix this keyboard issue, or where to get a replacement?
