Highscreen 386 Portable - dip switch

Machine I think is a relabeled Dolch. Can't tell you the model for sure without knowing the specs for it. Is it monochrome?
 
mobo was replaced (I see that in inner case there are residues of acid) so believe that was 386 according to Highscreen model. Previous owner replaced to 486 with Dallas.
 
I found working configuration but explanation of dip switch of this card is still welcome.

Additional question: does anyone is experienced with replacing dstn display to tft?
 
Not usually doable, but with a dolch might be possible. Usually the lvds connectors are different, but provided you get the right panel AND inverter, with cables should be able to.
