Hello,
I bought a compaq LTE Elite 4/50CX a while ago, and I have been using it more and more for all sorts of stuff. Using it plugged into a wall is great and all, but I would really like to use it on a plane or in the car. Unfortunately, the battery that it came with was completely dead and wont hold a charge at all. Is there some way I could fix the battery so it will hold a charge? Or maybe just take out all the components of the battery, and put new batteries inside it and connect them to the terminals? Im very new to vintage computers and electronics, so any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you
