Greetings everyone. I'm Brian and I live in Lake City, Florida. And I'm a vintage computaholic!!!! My first computer was a TRS-80 Color Computer. Later I got a CoCo3 and started BBSing at 300baud, and then moved on to an XT Clone (a Beltron I think). From there I started building my own computers, starting with coobbling pieces of an AST based 286 together and getting on CompuServe at the blazing speed of 1200 baud.
In 94 I started moving up in the computer world building a different machine about every 6-8 months, from 386/387 machines to 486dx/4-100's to Pentiums and on up. Recently I started back on the older stuff. I have a repack project I am working on right now involving a CoCo3 runnning 512k, NitrOS and eventually some neat goods from Cloud9tech.com, a Model III case, and ATX power supply and an LCD screen (thanks to an upscan convertor from a very resourceful fellow). Why...? I dunno, it seemed like a fun thing to do at the time and now I'm in too far to change my mind...
I also recently acquired a semi-working TRS-80 Model III which I intend to fix as well.
