It’s amazing to think this project has been on hold 20 years but I’m probably going to start setting up some of my vintage machines again.
In any event both screens are mono and seem to use the same HV voltage on the tube
The Compaq has terrible screen burn and my IBM has a bad psu (deader than a doornail)
Has anyone ever done anything like this before?
The guy that gave me the Compaq in the first place thought it could be done.
This coming from a guy that as a preteen bypassed the dead 5151 with a rewired terminal monitor in its place (but I did have a lot of help adjusting the sync and rewiring the video input)
