These are very hard to come by, but there is a reverse engineered open source project for you to build your own receiver and extender cards here
The 5161 expansion chassis is basically a 5160 case with a powered backplane and a different badge. So you can just find a 5160 case and any ISA backplane and you should be good to go.

Thanks for the excellent tip! That’s a great path forward, as I do have a 5160 ready to go. I’ll look into the ISA backplanes that may fit. That said, if anyone happens to have an original, i’m offering a significant premium over market price, depending on the condition / included boards.
