IBM model 80 8580-071, Missing a capacitor

Hello
I got a mainboard: IBM model 80 8580-071, The previous owner opened the DMA chip and accidentally knocked off a capacitor. What is the capacity of this capacitor?

As I look at the other capacitors of the same size, it looks like a "decoupling capacitor". It is needed to filter the glitches on the power lines caused by the operations of the various ICs. IMHO the board should still work without this single one. Value: ranging from 10-100 nF.
