Got this recently to replace another SCSI card causing issues, and this one seems to have its own issues...

Here it is in the BIOS

And the errors when I try to do anything with it... it does not appear to detect any HDD I attach, I'm using this cable: https://www.digikey.com/products/en?keywords=C3BEG-5018G-ND

Now I heard certain models of this card are not compatible with the PS/2 8580, but that this one is not one of those. Ive tried different slots, no luck...

HDD is keyed correctly, red stripe on cable is toward the Molex. Also on the adapter itself. The adapter has a LED that performs blink codes if something is not plugged in right. No LED means everything is plugged in right.

I did the test suite on the reference disk, and when it got to the SCSI adapter, it displayed error 113. Seems to reference a DMA conflict of some description, from what I can gather about error 113. I tested a whole bunch of different DMA settings with no change, no other cards in the system except the SCSI adapter.
