IBM Thinkpad 300XD CMOS Battery

Hello Everyone,
I am currently restoring an IBM Thinkpad 380XD and need to replace the CMOS battery.
I have the part number and model, but can not seem to find any and the part number doesn't crossover that I can find to another battery.
Can someone shed some light on a replacement for it? I have seen the video by LGR on this restore but he did not divulge the battery part number during the video.
I have an IBM Thinkpad 600E also but it's CMOS battery is a different part number and also the connector for it is smaller that attaches to the main board.

Is that just a 2032 with leads? If so, then they are available on Amazon and other places.

I have a 385XD, which is the same laptop. I bought one I thought was correct but it came with a 2 pin connector on it when the laptop needed a 3 pin. I ended up just cutting the cable off the old battery and the connector off the new one and soldering them together. Has been working well for a while now.
