IP Checking sites?

Hey,

Any one use any IP Address checkers? I've seen quite a few, seemyip.com, whatsmyip.com and ipchicken.com. I think they are all great. I did notice that seemyip.com is now for sale on eBay, what's the point? I mean it's cool that I can look up my address and all. It also looks like all of the sites rely on advertising but why run a site like those? Anyone use any others that give more info or do other "cool" things?

Just open Start --> Run write cmd (command) and then, in DOS window ipconfig.

you can skip Luke's first step. I think just typing "ipconfig" in Run is enough

For some reason, my IP address reveals no information.

You can see our WAN IP, but the rest is behind the firewall. The routers won't even let you ping our network!
