Is this an Altair disk drive?

Hi everyone! I am trying to identify a disk drive that I've got. The top one seems to be a disk drive for the Altair 8800, can anyone confirm? I'd also be curious if anyone can tell me what computers the other disk drives could be attached to. Thanks!
