In this issue,
Egoitz Campo sends details of the recent Basque Tournament. A brief history of computer storage by Anna and her Dad, supplied by Kelly Ackford. George Phillips sends a one-liner optical illusion. Jay Newrith shows just what and where M3/M4 case screws live. Microcore Labs report on their MCLZ8 emulator. Ian Mavric gives a fully detailed account on repairing the M1 cassette I/F. Paul Thomas Metcalf III has a super upgrade for his M1, with a Gotek. Harold Finch stretches our minds and even I have a go too! There’s an update on the SVI-CAS. E.T. Fonehume sends a VERY addictive one-liner. Don’t believe me? Just try only playing it once! One of Lewis Rosenfelder’s super-help programs features in Assembler Bytes Back. How’s your 2022 Competition entry coming along? There’s details of an EPROM programmer for the M1/Video Genie. A few of the recent U.K. Ebay ‘bargains’ and finally, Kevin Parker sets about re-capping a Model 2 in his ‘Big Tandy’ series.

The latest release of George and Peter Phillips’s TRS-80 emulator, trs80gp (version 2.4.8) has just been released. Full details are available from their website (http://48k.ca/trs80gp.html). This is THE best TRS-80 emulator on the planet. It even has, just for the U.K., Aculab Floppy Tape emulation, just as ‘in the day’ but, of course, without the media problems!
If you haven’t tried it yet, you really are missing out on something VERY SPECIAL!

Thanks Dusty - I've printed it out (as always - I know not very enviroment friendly but it's nice holding it in hands) to read it while making a break when I'm cycling through fields and woods in the summertime. So relaxing ...

Brilliant! The whole idea is intended to be an A4 booklet, as in the day, (i.e. A5 sized pages when/if your printer has a 'print booklet' option. This is why the number of pages equally divide by 4)

I am late to the party but I have to say it's a great magazine! I will also print a copy out as well. Retro publications are better analog!
