Looking at the inotarobot's thread, decided to post as my place, where I work on modern laptop, but also use my vintage computers looked like some time ago...

Warm and cozy =) that IBM is begging to be used though! I like how the G3 is tucked away... curious what you do with the boxes under the desk?

IBM - IT's the 40SX PS/2. With ISA slots. I've changed it for a microchanel one, in same CPU and case, the model 53, if I'm not mistaken. I use it someimes to play dos games and like to take it to exhebitions to show to modern people, among other my machines. I have the whole set - PS/s display, keyboard and mouse, also...

Also recently began to learn C, installed turbo C 2.01 on it.

And boxes under the desk - were used with a KVM switch and linked to the modern TFT display. Or just had an VGA cable to be pluged in, if talking about the macintosh 7600/120 desktop.

And soon I'm going to move to another appartment, where I hope to set my retrocomputers more comfortable..)

And this is just the workshop. Everything in here is operational and working. Had to drop a 240 volt circuit and distribution panel for the 240 volt outlet and a couple additional 120/20 circuts along with the new Mitsubishi AC system to keep cool. If I had three phase things would get out of hand.
What you don’t see is about four or five times as much stuff in storage waiting its turn in the workshop. Although it may not appear like it I do have a policy of selling at least one item every time something new comes in.

Love the TV10 monitor stand! I have a few computers held up by TV7's here...

This is one corner of one storage room, from the Apple corner looking towards the front.

I want to see more shots of Bill's. Looks smaller than I remember. ;)

Here is the left side of my cave...

I keep the collection strictly in one room to avoid things getting out of hand. Although the S-100s live elsewhere, as things did get slightly out of hand in the end. As they do.

Regards,

Oscar.
