I figure my chances are slim, but.

I am looking for a PDP-11, an 11/34a or its smaller brother, the 11/04; e.g. the ones with the hex keypad. I'll settle for just a CPU, but more would be welcome.

I used to have several PDP-11s. The best one was an 11/8x, and even tho it may be one of the more powerful models, my favorite was an 11/34a. But life, and I no longer have any DEC stuff. I do have a PiDP-11, which is triggering my desire to acquire a "real" -11. The PiDP-11 is fun, but it doesn't threaten to trip the breakers when it boots.

I do have some other stuff that I could trade depending on interest: Atari 8 and 16 bit stuff, Commodore SX-64.

I am in northern NJ.

Hi ... it's just possible the one in my storage is like this, but I don't have easy access to it to check. (Please don't hold your breath: I just wanted to get you in my bookmarks for when I get to the back of the storage, which will take at least a few months.)

Are you specifically looking for a UNIBUS system? I’m having a hard time locating UNIBUS systems. I was interested in getting one myself, but haven’t truly been asking around enough. I have seen more QBUS stuff personally, but that’s mostly at swap meets. I have an 11/23 and the spare 11/03 board. I might be trading the 11/03 to a friend of mine, but if that falls through and you are interested let me know. I am in Burlington County.

Well, the main thing I was interested in was a system with a keypad front panel. Not sure if any of the Q-bus stuff ever did. But given the seeming scarcity of any PDP-11, I would say beggars can't be choosers. I'd even "settle" for a Pro-350, altho the 350 is pretty sweet also.

* I did see a recent post of someone in MA offering a Pro-350, but it's unlikely I'd actually take a drive there
