I have a PDF copy, but the quality is poor when I print it out and starting to give me headaches when trying to read. I'd be interested in purchasing an copy of the book or if someone can point to a high quality PDF that would work also.

Thanks!

Hi,

You are (kinda) in luck. It is available, signed, from here: https://www.reactivemicro.com/product/understanding-the-apple-ii-by-jim-sather-signed/
$225 though :(

I have one more idea for you - There's a PDF called "Jim Sather - Understanding the Apple IIe" (IIe being the difference). It's a blue cover and the scan is maybe a bit better (It's different and although clearer it's warped and I find it harder to read as it turns out). Maybe it works for you. I think I got it here: https://mirrors.apple2.org.za/Apple II Documentation Project/Books/

One of the big problems with these old books is that the "perfect" binding ages badly and a lot of these get tossed out as they come apart. I re-bound my copy of Sather's IIe book some time ago, but I'm not ready to sell it.

Hi Stefan,

Thanks for the link to ReactiveMicro, I reached out to them and they are out of stock on the book - he suggested to check eBay. I'll search for the blue cover version!
