M3SE autoboot ROM installation question

Hi

I am considering adding a M3SE to a M4GA but wondered if anyone can point me towards a document/video detailing installation of the autoboot ROM.

OK... got what I needed from Peter but unfortunately the target machine appears to have a video issue.
