Macintosh TV Problem

Hello

I have a Macintosh TV that will not power on. I have switched out the motherboard with a Performa 575 and the computer will then power on. There must be a problem with the motherboard or something. Any ideas?

Have you checked the PRAM battery ?

Unfortunetly I have. I replaced the battery yesterday and it still will not power on. Any other ideas?

Can you post a pic of the motherboard ? I've no idea what the TV board looks like.
Is the RAM socketed or on the board ?
