Can anyone tell me what the memory should read after upgrading a Model 4 GA unit to 128K RAM

Somehow I don't know what it should be

When? If in Model 4 mode, like BASIC, it will still be the same as a 64K unit. If in Model III mode, it will still be 48K.

The extra RAM can be used as a RAM drive and some programs can page the RAM, such as Monte's Toolkit.

A quick test would be running ramdisk if it works you nailed it.

I run LeScript 1.70 or later and see what memory free space it says. If its over 80K then you have the 128K memory installed.

Just type memory in LSDOS, it should show the banks you have.
