MG-150 MDA card

I have a DFI MG-150 with a faulty character generator ROM.

The chip is labeled "UM2333-0201 DFI 2005"

It appears to be a ROM version of a 2732, the board can also be socketed to accept a 2764.

Would anyone happen to have an image file of this ROM so I can make a replacement?

Thank you, one of them worked
It took a while because it was the very last one in the folder "XT_AU.HRC" fortunately I was using an AT28C64 flash and not an eprom so erase and rewrite was fairly painless with no need to UV erase between attempts.

When I say the card works, the character generator works but the card will only run in herc mode and ignores the on card jumper for CGA mode. Strangely enough the other diamond flower mono card (different model) I own does the opposite and only works as a CGA. Both cards are meant to be configurable for either.

The third card I have happily switches mode to match what the motherboard is expecting and happily switches modes using the dos mode command. ie. mode mono or mode c080 will change the cards emulation mode.
