Hello, all.
I recently picked up a Micromainframe 5150, which came with the v4.0 driver that otherwise doesn't appear to be available online (?).
I'm using the unofficial v4.1 from Tvdog's Archive, which is based on a reverse-engineering and improvement of the official driver. The author of v4.1, however, mentioned his reverse-engineering was based on v3.2 & that he didn't have access to v4.0.
I'm therefore sharing the official v4.0 here in case anyone's interested. Preservation is important! ;-)

Note I've tested this on my Tandy 1000 TX, which has two such boards installed: a 5150 and a 5150t. Works fine.
