Millie (or Microdyne) S-100 Computer????

I have a S-100 chassis and system labeled Millie and in it is a three board set of boards also by Millie/Microdyne. I believe it might be an European company, but I haven't been able to find any info regarding the boards or the company. I would love to find a boot disk or manuals. Anything at all.
