Hi at all,
I purchased an Apple IIe that has an ASTEC 11040B 115VAC 1A power supply, I found on the internet that this model allows the change of input power from 115VAC to 230VAC (here in Paraguay we have 230VAC) by simply cutting a wire (black) that bridges two points on the power supply PCB.

From the ASTEC year 1982 documentation (wiring diagram) that I found on the internet there is a 2.75A 125V fuse. My question is':

do I have to replace this fuse with a 250V one? If yes, how many amps must it be? (I searched on ebay for a fuse from it

amperage 2.75A but from 250V I can't find it. if I have to replace it anyway, with what amperage can I replace it while still remaining the "protected" power supply?

I thank everyone in advance for the precious help before I risk burning everything !!!

I attach useful photos for reference and the ASTEC documentation where there is also the AA 11040B model

ASTEC typically uses 3A 250V fuses in its 110/230V switching power supplies.
