NCR 5130 0350 TFT - not POSTing, but it blips from the speaker

Got a 486 NCR 5130 Model 0350 that doesn't show anything on the screen when I turn it on. I do hear blips from the speaker and I've yet to crack it open since it's the holidays and I have company over, plus, my kitchen needs to get the floor all done.

The display itself is in good condition and no damage on the polarizer, yet it doesn't turn on. I'm not sure if it could be a bad connection or because it's missing something else, like RAM.

Anyone have a service manual or pictures of where to find components?

Looked at the PSU board and it needs a recap, reflow, and a major cleaning to get this working.

Better do it sooner than later, that old electrolyte can do some serious damage.

Haven't plugged in the system after an initial diagnostics. Going to jot down every capacitor and order those, including the SMD/SMT caps since those do fail as well.
