Folks,

I got sent one of these and it was dropped in transit and doesn't seem to work.
For reference Its an external SCSI 7 disc CDROM jukebox

I THINK its a mechanical problem but nothing obviously wrong on inspection.
Does anyone have a user manual and ideally a service manual to hand please ?
