Need help identifying memory/printer/serial card

So I need some help identifying this card I just got for a good deal... Has 128kb ram, printer port and serial port.

Upper left hand corner it says MF512AT Rev2... Guessing its for a 512kb AT, to boost to 640kb. Checked Total Hardware 99 and it wasn't in there. Perhaps one of you recognize it and perhaps have drivers for it? Wondering if it will work in an 8bit machine... since it mentions XT on the silkscreen next to the crystal.

XTAL means crystal, not a reference to XT in this case.

Well crap, was hoping it work in my compaq portable I (to give me 384kb), but i'll test it in a 286 with 512kb ram... Guess I can steal the DRam chips for my AST Six Pack Plus card I have to rebuild. Either way was a good deal for 15 bux shipped. Still would love to have whatever is available for the card, since thinking about grabbing an AT 5170.
