I wrote on other forum but without any answers so I am asking here.
I am trying to repair FIC KC19+motherboards ( https://theretroweb.com/motherboards/s/fic-kc19-hp-oem ). Some stupid guy ripped out the transistors which are mounted between paralell port and slot 1 (these with radiators) and also smached some surface mounted elements. I have 3 of these boards so I found the parameters of surface mounted capacitors and resistors but I need informations about the type of transistors Q4 and Q5.
I have also FIC VB-609 ( https://theretroweb.com/motherboards/s/fic-vb-609-oem ) with FDP7030L and IRL3103 transistors. This part of motherboard where they are mounted looks similar to KC19+. If I will not get any informations which type of transistors were mounted on KC19+ I will use these from VB-609. I know that it is not a good idea but what else can I do?
Please help me to repair FIC KC19+ motherboards. They are interesting for me because they are using RAMBUS memory which is not so common on slot 1 motherboards.

So nobody knows? I installed these transistors and tested with Katmai PIII and it looks that KC19+ is working fine with them. Now I have to try with two IRL3103 because FDP7030L is impossible to buy in my country or I can't find it.

If you know the part of the original mosfets and they're obsolete or unobtanium, you can substitute a different mosfet that has the same characteristics.

The mosfets on those heatsinks are for the CPU vcore.

The problem is that I really don't know the type of original transistors. No one confirmed my suspicions. This motherboard is so rare that no one have it?

I have one of those, but it's mounted in a case and fitted with 1GB RDRAM. It would be a real hassle to dig it out and look at the components.
