@PrintStar not sure why you are surprised people are not jumping on a bad deal? You want to sell? Clearly state price. You want to sell to a larger audience then you need to be willing to take PP and ship.

Nothing wrong with local cash sales. I do it all the time but I won't post it here. OfferUp and/or CL. Downside? Lower price point, longer to sell. Upside? No eBay BS, cash in hand plus I know it's going to a good home not some flipper or a guy who is going to just trash it...
 
I am located in Cincinnati, I would be interested in it. I was worried that the was out of my price range. I would be interested in local pickup for $500.
