OddBall Memory card for IBM P70

From the sparseness of that board, it makes it look like connecting an IDE drive to the MicroChannel bus can't be that hard after all...I'll definitely be keeping an eye on it.

Kind of useful since PS/2 mounting hardware for hard disks is a bit of an odd setup.
Is that a normal IDE laptop drive or an early hard to replace SCSI one?

I have several old 200-500MB Toshiba 2.5" IDE disks if that one is bad and they are compatible, btw.

I had that same card. I barely remember setting it up but I do remember it was a HUGE pita to get Windows 95 on there! It did break the RAM upgrade barrier on the P70 however.

I googled the drive type and it turned out to be a laptop IDE! Can't seem to get it working though. Tried it in my Model 50z and kept giving memory errors even with RAM removed. So maybe a bad HDD but not sure may have to remove it and try it in another system. So Raven keep those little 2.5 HDD's available! I might just need one.
