I remember in 1st grade playing with this game on an old Mac or somthing

Anyway, the game was this:
two turtles, one red and one blue. You would give the turtles commands like forward 30 and backward 20 or somthing, and you would take turns with another person trying to guide your turtle through the obsticles and into the target. It sounds alot like Logo, but it's not, unless there's a special game version of it.

Does anyone know what this game was?

Sounds like LOGO to me, or more specifically, a TurtleGraphics subset (was there a "PEN" command?).

(Interesting side-note: The Tomy Tutor computer was a clone of the TI-99/4A, hardware-wise. The major difference was in the firmware. The TT came with a LOGO-like graphics program built-in instead of the BASIC that was included in the TI).

Well, I only remember typing commands like 30, or mabey forward 30 but I'm pretty sure they were just numbers.

I also remember the target you aimed for was a castle. the first turtle to reach the castle won; the tricky part was not going too far or not enough

I dont know of that game, but when we were in school, we had to learn LOGO Writer (I think it was called) on the Apple IIe. It was pretty cool.
