I am going mad trying to find a source for 2 passive delay line modules - this type of thing, looks like a logic chip, but is not.
These are part of a S100 RAM card and they are linked to the memory timing.
The bill of materials lists :
9825 possibly made by “Pulse”. Which I think is a passive delay line 14-Dip, 100ns, 100ohm,10 taps. (PCA EP19825)
9828 which I think is a passive delay line 14dip, 200ns, 100ohm, 10 taps. (PCA EP19828)
Seems like PCA and Rhombus were the main producers, but there are quite a few manufacturers.
So my questions are:
1, does anybody know of a parts supplier where these passive tapped delay lines can be found.
So far request for quotes only gets me bulk pricing and I only need 1.
2, can these be substituted with active silicon delay lines.?, i.e. DS1010-100 obviously rerouting pins, and supplying 5V vcc.?
I’m willing to do a “deadbug” if the pins dont match up, since not all the lines are used.
Or any other suggestions?
