In the process of getting my PC-9821 laptop up and running, I've found that the hard drive caddy has the screw holes in a different position to my IDE HDD.
Am I missing something here? It seems like the caddy is the right size for the drive, it's not missing some sort of inner bracket.
Googling some images I see that some 2.5" HDDs have an additional screw hole near the middle, but none seem to have the two positioned like the caddy does.
I have some CF cards if there is a suitable CF adaptor that will fit.
