BCD arithmetic is evil

The functionality of the DS1215 is almost completely implemented, it remains to make the clock in the AM / PM format and make two settings - prohibiting external reset and turning off the clock signal.

From (at least so far) not intended for implementation - joint work with external RAM / ROM.
