pdp-12 on eBay

Looks very pristine. Very complete. Like it is just off the frickin assembly line.

I expect it to go for more than the 'original $28,000' 1969 price.

Ideally to the computer history museum in Mountain View, a gift of some eccentric Silicon Valley type.

Probably to the folks up in Washington state, however.

Definitely an escapee from someone's wrecking ball!:confused7:

Lot's of good flip-chips in there. (...for someone's PDP-8 project?) :confused1:

Ok - smack me - that would be criminal.

We have three already.

I don't think LCM really is looking for any more.

Someone who claims to be starting a Museum in the Google New York office showed interest on cctlk
and MARCH is going to try to get it.

A bidding war between MARCH and Google would be fun to watch.

So this pdp-12 is in Huntington, Long Island and came from the city (NYC). I had heard that there was a 12 at Mt. Sinai hospital (Manhattan) that had been lost track of. Perhaps this was it.
