I'm having a weird problem with an IBM Portable PC.
Depressing the SHIFT key on the keyboard will produce the special characters above the numbers but will not produce capitalized letters.
Otherwise the keyboard does what it is supposed to.
Is this a problem with the keyboard or the display?
Is there an easy fix: a DOS command perhaps?
