Question about lowercase on my Model 1

I have a Japanese Model 1 type 1006A.

If I display all the possible characters from the character generator I see all upper and lowercase characters.
The lowercase has the correct "a" and all the characters with decenders shows right way.

If I run the Power-Draw software and go into text mode, I can use all the lowercase, uppercase and mixedcase characters.
The number keys I can use too.

I use Ldos 5, I think everything for using lowercase is available. How can I use lower case in DOS and Basic ?
Do I miss a driver or something else ?

There are 2 character generators 8046671 (kana) and 8046673 (ascii)

I don't know anything about the Japanese Model I, but to load the LDOS 5.3.1 advanced keyboard driver the command is:

SET *KI KI

Then you can use <SHIFT>-0 (zero) to switch caps lock on and off.

To save the driver configuration, SYSTEM (SYSGEN).
