Seeking information on COPC881-TTB/N SP108403

I have several tubes of this IC. According to Google, this is COPC881-TTB/N 20TWP1 Rev.0 from Tandy Corp, a replacement part for TRS-80. Can anyone provides more information? Thanks,

Appears to be a member of NSC's COP microcontroller family. Mask-programmed; hence the "Rev. 0" markings. Haven't the faintest idea where this fits into the TRS-80 line.
