Perhaps I made a mistake, I wanted a VLB MB with a combo of VLB and ISA slots. This cool looking MLB popped up and I purchased. It was an ignorant purchase, so I will just concede that now. Ok, stupidity aside, what the hell is this thing? What type of OSU do I need, that is a 12 pin connector and I just want to find a reasonable PSU and adapter kit for it. What was the MPU for this, looks like there is an MPU slot. but MPU aside, what do I kneed for a PSU for this beast?

That board has a DX2/50 on it, and 32MB2 memory on it. It has a 12 pin AT PSU connector on it. Yes, the batter will be replaced, parts already purchased and on the way!
