Slowing down speed of Model 4p when running games

Hey all

I used to be able to reduce the speed of my Model 4 to play games like Attack Force but can't for the life of me remember how I did it (application or operating system command). I'm running LDOS at the moment and any thoughts on the matter would be much appreciated.

There are software solutions, i.e., Slowdown, and others.

I seem to remember booting a different disk something like 'modela 3', maybe that is related.

Model 3 mode required something like pressing "3" at startup.

Many thanks for all your thoughts... System (slow) worked a treat. I'll try System (fast) on myself to try and sort my memory out later

Or just get a Model I, where SYSTEM (SLOW) is your only option. Still my favorite computer ever though.

Armored Patrol with SYSTEM (FAST) is a real challenge; not a M3SE leaves the lab without at least one tank being destroyed that way.
