Source for 8E/H960 rack parts?

Looking for these rack parts to make my 8E system look 'finished'.



Not sure of the correct names, but I describe them as:

1 - PDP8/E color non-logo rack top panel
2 - PDP8/E color logo rack top panel
3 - half-height filler panel
4 - inter-rack filler strip
5 - full-height filler panel

USA/Canada source(s) would be practical (in terms of shipping)

I am after the plastic strips attached to the rack with the "knobs" onto which these panels snap onto.
Even just the proper name would be helpful for a meaningful Google search.

Hi Ftcnet,

Thank you very much. I have the panels for the Lab-8/e I am restoring, but the owner had removed all the panels to vacuum the rack and broke about 1/3 of the "fascia panel clips". I will print a few and see if they survive his treatment next time. The link from Thingiverse also links to Vince Slyngstad's site who has already done these clips on his website "http://so-much-stuff.com/pdp8/cad/3d.php".
