SPEGA EGA video card help

I just picked up this EGA video card. I have been unable to find any documentation for it. It has SPEGA-00 Rev 1.2 silk screened along the bottom. I think it may be a Sigma Designs card. Any help would be appreciated, specifically the 4 dip switch settings for this card.

The switch settings may be identical to that of the IBM EGA card. See [here].

( And the jumper down near the DE-9 connector may be the same as jumper P1 on the IBM EGA card. )

My testing indicates that you are correct that the dip switches and jump do mirror the original IBM EGA.
