Sperry HT 3070/09 no video signal + manual request

Sperry HT 3070/09 turns on, but gives me no video signal and error beeps I get during post is: "1 long beep 5 short beeps". I have no manual for the computer, so I have no clue what is the issue with this computer.

It has Spega-00 EGA card installed with DB9 and 2 composite video ports, and both gives no video signal what so ever. I tried plugging it into a monitor with DB9 connector, then to a monochrome monitor with composite on it to no avail. I don't have the manual for the EGA card as well, and I have no clue if EGA card dip switches are universal between IBM's EGA card and EGA clone cards.

Update: Self test mode's result gave me a slightly different beep error: "1 long beep, 4 short beeps, 1 second pause, 1 short beep".

Long, 4 short means you forgot to plug the keyboard in.
Long, 5 short means you have a bad video card - or maybe have the DIP switches set wrong (i.e. have Monochrome set when you have a CGA card).

I don't remember if these supported EGA.
