SuperWriter Manual

I recently got a copy of SuperWriter ver 1.02 for CP/M by Sorcim. I have scoured the internet looking for a Manual but with no luck. Does anyone know of a source of the manual or have one that could be scanned?

Any help much appreciated and thanks.
