Forgive me if I get any terminology wrong. I have a Tandy 1000RSX I'm messing about with. Like the 2500, it has the 3 voice sound and DAC, but it was moved to a different memory address so as not to conflict with other hardware since the RSX is a full AT class computer.

For the regular 3 voice sound I've found a workaround- TNDY.COM which is used to redirect calls for Tandy sound at 0c0 to 1e0, which is where the 3 voice on the RSX resides. And this seems to work great with most games tested, except a couple like Test Drive 3 where the music is weirdly off pitch and disjointed with a voice missing.

I'm trying to figure out how to get the DAC sound now. I picked Codename Iceman and selected Tandy 1000 TL/SL sound. With TNDY.COM resident I do get sound but it sounds more like the old 3 voice. I'm not sure exactly what the DAC is supposed to sound like but I figured It was sound like a Covax or a sound Blaster. I'm wondering if it resides at a different memory address Then through the 3 voice Tandy sound. Does anyone know what address software looks for it at?

Many thanks!
