Selling my TI-99/4a - love this computer but need the cash...

Asking $70 obo + shipping. Will ship UPS Ground, lower 48 only please.

Includes computer, original box, power supply, speech synthesizer and all of the documentation pictured. DOES NOT come with a video cable, though I tested it with the video cable from my C64 and it seems to work fine. The space bar is a bit crooked which seems to be the only issue. Consider the speech synthesizer UNTESTED.

This looks really nice! Two quick questions:

1. Where in Cali are you located? Anywhere near SF or the East Bay?
2. If our locations make sense for it, would you be open to an in-person purchase to save on shipping costs / risk / hassle?

I am in Southern California, not the bay area unfortunately. Would be willing to do a local pickup anywhere in the Inland Empire.

Anyhow, lowering the price - willing to let it go for $85 and I'll cover the shipping. Would take $60 if picked up locally.

As someone with a hobby of collecting vintage speech synths, the TI ones come up on eBay at least 10:1 if not 100:1 more often than any other speech synthesizers I see there. If you watch there, it shouldn't be hard to find one in the price and condition you're looking for.

That said, the TI is one of the ones I don't have, but only because I don't have a TI computer yet. One of these days.
