Toshiba satellite 4000 CDS floppy connector

Hi,
I have toshiba satellite 4000 CDS,
The floppy drive is Mitsumi D353F3.

What type of connector is on the floppy drive?

Is FPC/FCC 1mm 26 pin ?
Type of FPC is Flip ?

The support that allows the cable to be stuck is broken, it is no longer there.

maybe if I buy the same connector I could recover the part that jams the FFC cable

I've been fighting 3 Toshiba floppy drives and at this point I think I'm just going to replace them with goteks.

The FFC might be 1mm or 1.25mm depending on the system, but I'll bet yours is 1mm.

According to Impactcomputers.com the cable pitch is indeed 1mm for the 4000 CDS fitted with the Mitsumi D353F3 floppy drive.

I have received fpc connector 26 pin 1mm contact bottom but support grey for push not fit on the Mitsubishi d353f3 fpc connector, i don’t known if connector from d353f3 is fpc zif or fpc fliP or other, i don’t find anything for this floppy drive about connector fpc type

If all else fails You could try contacting impactcomputers via the 'contact us' form on their website, Explain to them the part you need and details of the laptop and floppy drive. They may provide you with the part # of what you need, It's worth a shot.
