Does anyone offer transfering files online to 5.25 disks?

I thought I saw a post of someone offering that service.

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks.

Hi,
I convert files onto the NorthStar Hard Sector 5.25" format if you'd like.

Thanks!

Sorry for not being specific.

It is for DOS. I would say the app is like a screen saver.

The computer is a Gridcompass.

Hope that helps. I'm kinda new to the old computer thing.

Can you tell us the computer it's running on? CPU's & graphic cards have advanced so much that nowadays everyone is either compiling their applications for i386 or i686 processors. Something like an IBM-PC can only run the bare x86 instruction set.

Hi
Next question:
What format? 1.2M, 360K or 320K are the most likely.
I assume the disk is fat12?
Is the program that you want to download intended
for the display on the grid?
Where in LA are you? Maybe someone on the list is
close.

Here's some more info:

Disk is external 360k 5.25 floppy drive model 2102

Computer is Gridcompass 1137 made in 1982.

Processor is an Intel 8086.

Grid OS and Dos are loaded on the magnetic bubble memory.

Program was made to display on a gridcompass or gridcase.

I'm near Pasadena.

Not sure about the format..

Thanks for the help!
