TRS-80 model 1 power switch - poor quality replacement

Hi,

Has anyone had good luck with replacing the power switches on their model 1 or Expansion interface?

I've used these:

The one I got for my EI has worked great (so far).

Unfortunately, I've gotten two for my Model 1 and they both have the same issue. The button sticks/catches internally, occasionally to the point where it gets completely jammed. It feels as if the plunger is getting caught up on the switch contacts (based upon taking a broken one apart). The original switch I replaced (although failed), was completely smooth.

If anyone knows of a different source for these switches, I'd like to try another brand.

I replaced my expansion switch with one from DigiKey...search for my post "Power Switch TRS-80 Model 1" for details. I also think TRS Ian sells one on his Australian website if that is closer.​
